I don't normally buy books written my celebrities but I was looking for something to change my lifestyle and become healthier all around and this book is really packed with A LOT of great information. She really talks about the science of health and what our bodies need to function at its maximum performance. Highly recommend!

Very basic. I would only recommend this book to someone who has never read about nutrition before, as it focuses on macronutrients, where food comes from, eating food that gives you energy, etc.
